★ Tasting 1,2: Bò Kho Gánh - Begin your tour at Bo Kho Ganh, famous for its beef stew, bò kho, served in a stone bowl

• 1. You can pair it with bread, noodles, or rice. The broth is sweet and flavorful, with a rich, meaty taste. Feel free to add condiments and sauces to your liking.
• 2. Your first taste of Saigon's delights includes a soothing cold Jasmine tea.

★ Tasting 3,4,5: Opened in 1975, Hồng Phát restaurant on Võ Văn Tần Street in District 3 is a beloved spot for generations of Saigon diners. Honored with a Michelin Bib Gourmand in both 2023 and 2024, this restaurant prides itself on dish quality, excellent service, and a great dining atmosphere.

• 3. Goi Cuon (Tiger Prawn & Park Salad Rolls)

• 6 Trà đá (iced tea) is a simple yet iconic Vietnamese drink—refreshing, lightly brewed green tea served over ice and often enjoyed with every local meal.
• 7 Fried young rice flakes patties (chả cốm) are a beloved Northern Vietnamese snack made from fragrant green rice flakes and minced pork, pan-fried to a crispy outside and chewy inside.
