"Robin Hill, also known as Dalat cable car tourist area. This is the starting place of the 2,267m long cable car route from Robin Hill to Truc Lam Zen Monastery. In addition to being a cable car station, this is also a place to visit. Tourists to Da Lat, often do not forget to visit Robin Hill to visit and enjoy the natural scenery. Before 1975, Robin Hill area was the place where the defense system of the city was installed. After liberation, this hill area was planned to be built into a place for sightseeing and enjoyment on the outskirts of Da Lat city.
The cable car route was built in 2002, after one year, it was officially put into operation. Once completed, Robin Hill and this cable car route is one of the beautiful tourist attractions in Da Lat. Cable car work on Robin Hill is installed by the Austrian company according to modern technology. The cable car has a total length of 2,267m and has 10 support posts for the cabin to overcome the tops of pine trees.
