Our guide was absolutely fantastic! They brought so much energy and humor to the whole experience. We learned so much about the local culture and history that we would never have discovered on our own. Highly recommend Saigon Adventure to anyone visiting!

Taking this tour was the best decision we made on our trip. Our guide didn't just feel like a tour guide, but like a local friend showing us around their city. Their English was excellent, and they made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun.

I cannot say enough good things about our guide. Their knowledge of the area was incredibly impressive, and they answered all our questions with so much patience. They took us to some amazing hidden spots. A truly 5-star experience!

Everything from the booking process to the actual tour was seamless. What really made it special was our incredible guide. They were so attentive, ensuring we were safe and engaged the entire time. It felt very authentic and far from a typical tourist trap.

If you book with Saigon Adventure, you are in great hands! You can really tell how passionate the guides are about sharing their culture. Our guide went above and beyond to make our day special, sharing personal stories that made the culture come alive.

This experience ended up being the absolute highlight of our vacation! Our guide was exceptional—funny, polite, and so knowledgeable. They paced everything perfectly so we never felt rushed. I would book with them again in a heartbeat.

SAIGON NOTRE-DAME CATHEDRAL (OUTSIDE)

  • The name Notre-Dame evokes memories of the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in France – one of the icons of the City of Light. Except for a few minor differences in the main entrance and domes, these two cathedrals share many architectural similarities, both featuring a main hall and two adjacent aisles with high towers on either side. Inside Saigon Notre-Dame Cathedral is a specially designed structure capable of withstanding a load ten times greater than the entire weight of the building itself.

Notre Dame Cathedral is an extremely popular destination that you absolutely cannot miss when visiting Vietnam.

The combination of royal European style and Asian openness has created one of the most beloved attractions in Saigon.

DAY 4 | FLY TO HA NOI – HALF DAY CITY TOUR

Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam and has been the political, economic, and cultural center since the beginning of the country’s history. It is a popular destination for domestic and foreign tourists. This half-day city tour will take you to explore the Vietnamese history, culture, and education, as well as the romantic lakeside and well-preserved monuments.

Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum

The most important monument to see in Vietnam is the “Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum”, which is the eternal resting place of “Uncle Ho” the founder of the Indochina Communist Party and president from 1945 to 1969 of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam). It is also a place where the sentiments and beliefs of the country’s compatriots and soldiers converge.

The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, located in the center of Ba Dinh Square in Hanoi, Vietnam, serves as the final resting place of Vietnamese revolutionary leader and President Ho Chi Minh.

The construction of the mausoleum began on September 2, 1973, and was inspired by Lenin’s Mausoleum in Moscow but incorporates distinct Vietnamese architectural elements, such as the sloping roof. The mausoleum was officially inaugurated on August 29, 1975.

The exterior of the building is made of grey granite, while the interior is constructed from red, black, and grey polished stone. The embalmed body of President Ho Chi Minh is preserved in the cooler, central hall of the mausoleum, which is protected by a military honor guard.

The Mausoleum complex also includes Ba Dinh Square, Presidential Palace, and Uncle Ho’s Stilt house.

Temple Of Literature

As the first university relic complex in our country, the Temple of Literature is not only a cultural and historical relic but also a place where many scholars and students come here to pray for luck in exams and study.

Temple of Literature is in Dong Da district, Hanoi, right in the middle of 4 main streets including Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ton Duc Thang, Temple of Literature and Quoc Tu Giam.

Traveling to Hanoi with thousands of years of civilization, this is a place that you should visit.

Ngoc Son Temple

Ngoc Son Temple belongs to Hoan Kiem Lake relic cluster, is a temple to worship the national hero “Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan” and the god who governs the title “Van Xuong De Quan”.

Besides, this is also a place to worship Buddha.

Through worshiping together with the architectural style, the system of parallel sentences, the diaphragm and the layout of Ngoc Son temple, the importance of Ngoc Son temple has been clearly shown.

concept of the Three Religions (Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism) of the Vietnamese people in the past.
