1. Is the hike up Marble Mountain difficult?
Exploring the Marble Mountains involves a moderate level of physical activity. There are approximately 146 steps to reach the Xa Loi Tower and another 136 steps to access the higher caves and viewpoints. For a more relaxed journey, a one-way elevator is available at the mountain base (optional fee applies) to help you skip the first set of stairs.
2. What is the difference between the Morning and Afternoon tour?
The Morning Tour (07:30 AM) is perfect for those who want to beat the midday heat and includes a delicious, authentic Vietnamese lunch (Mi Quang & Banh Xeo). The Afternoon Tour (1:30 PM) is ideal for travelers who prefer a later start and want to experience the "Golden Hour" light on the limestone peaks. Please note that the afternoon option does not include a meal.
3. What should I wear to visit the Lady Buddha and Linh Ung Pagoda?
As these are sacred spiritual sites, we kindly ask guests to dress respectfully. This means wearing clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. We also highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers, as there is significant walking on uneven stone paths and stairs throughout the tour.
4. Can I join this tour if I have limited mobility?
Because the Marble Mountains and Am Phu Cave feature steep stairs, narrow passages, and natural cave terrain, this tour is unfortunately not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, heart conditions, or severe back problems. For safety reasons, baby strollers and wheelchairs are not permitted on the mountain paths.
5. I am a vegetarian; will there be food options for me?
Absolutely! Our morning tour includes a local lunch featuring Central Vietnamese specialties. If you have dietary restrictions—whether you are vegetarian, vegan, or have food allergies—just let us know at the time of booking. We will ensure a delicious meal is prepared just for you.
6. Does the tour still run if it rains?
Yes, our tours operate in all weather conditions. Da Nang can be misty or rainy, especially from October to December. The rain actually adds a mystical "cloud forest" feel to the Monkey Mountain and caves! We recommend bringing a light raincoat or umbrella to stay comfortable. In the event of extreme weather that compromises safety, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
7. Where exactly will you pick me up?
We offer a convenient, door-to-door pick-up service for hotels located in the Da Nang city center and Hoi An. Once you book, we will send you a final confirmation with your specific pick-up time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to departure to ensure a smooth start for everyone!
No extra fees—everything included is clearly stated.
