TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 01: HCMC ARRIVAL (–/–/–)

Our tour guide will meet you upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Free at leisure to explore. Overnight in Saigon.

Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon) is the vibrant heart of commerce, finance, culture, and tourism in Vietnam. Yet within this teeming metropolis remain the timeless traditions and the rich beauty of an ancient culture.

You can discover hidden pagodas filled with burning incense, elegant Gothic architecture built by the French in the 19th century like the Notre Dame Cathedral, and local workshops where artists create masterpieces on canvas or carved wood.

DAY 02: HCM CITY TOUR – CU CHI TUNNELS (B/L/D)

08:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel. We depart for the Cu Chi Tunnels (75 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City) to visit an amazing complex of underground tunnels. This former stronghold of the Viet Cong features a three-level deep network stretching over 200 km.

After exploring the tunnels, we return to Ho Chi Minh City for lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon: Visit the War Remnants Museum, The Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, and make a quick photo stop at the former Presidential Palace (Reunification Palace). You will also have time for shopping at Ben Thanh Market or Saigon Square.

Evening: Enjoy a wonderful dinner cruise along the Saigon River. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 03: HCM – MY THO – CAN THO (B/L/–)

08:00 AM: Heading out of the city, we travel by road to the Mekong Delta, famous as Vietnam’s largest rice bowl. Upon arrival in My Tho, we embark on a private boat to navigate the intricate small canals of the delta region. This is a great way to observe the peaceful local lifestyle up close.

Our scenic excursion passes through lush green orchards where we can stroll around, meet the locals, and taste fresh, seasonal fruits.

Next Stop: We head to Ben Tre Province to visit fascinating local industries, including a coconut candy workshop. We will hop on a traditional horse cart to explore the village and stop by a honey bee farm. Next, enjoy a relaxing rowing boat ride along the shaded canals before returning to the main boat.

Before heading to Can Tho, we will visit the historic Vinh Trang Pagoda and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Late Afternoon: Arrive in Can Tho, check in, and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Can Tho.

DAY 04: CAN THO – HCMC (B/L/–)

07:30 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, we board a boat to visit the famous Cai Rang Floating Market. Here, you will witness the bustling morning trade along the Can Tho riverbanks, see how local people transport products by waterway, and experience the traditional “offering pole” used to hang sample fruits and vegetables.

To immerse further into the local lifestyle, our boat continues into the small creeks called Rach Nho, showcasing the scenic Southern countryside before cruising back to Ninh Kieu Wharf.

12:00 PM: Check out of the hotel. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

02:00 PM: Travel by car back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Saigon.

DAY 05: HCM CITY DEPARTURE (B/–/–)

Breakfast at the hotel. Free at leisure for relaxing or last-minute shopping until our driver transfers you to the airport for your departure flight.
