07:45 – 08:45 AM: Hanoi Old Quarter Pickup & Journey to Halong Bay Our professional tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Settle in for a comfortable journey to Halong City via the new expressway. We'll include a short comfort stop along the way, where you'll also have the unique opportunity to visit a Pearl Workshop and learn about the fascinating process of cultivating genuine pearls.

★ From Tuan Chau Island: Sonata Waiting Lounge at Pier No. 21

11:45 AM – 12:00 PM | Boarding the Halong Sonata Cruise Upon arrival at Tuan Chau Island, you'll be welcomed into our private Sonata Waiting Lounge at Pier No. 21. From here, you'll board the luxurious Halong Sonata Cruise, commencing your enchanting 5.5 to 6-hour journey. We'll explore the renowned 2-day sleeper cruise route, celebrated for its stunning, uninhabited islets and dramatic rock formations. This is the perfect time to relax, socialize, and capture unforgettable moments on the upper deck.

06:00 PM | Disembark & Return to Hanoi Disembark the cruise and board our comfortable bus for your return journey to Hanoi, with a short break en route.

08:30 PM – 09:00 PM | Hanoi Hotel Drop-off Your tour guide will bid you farewell as you are safely dropped off at your hotel/stay, concluding your memorable Halong Bay day trip.

Children Policy

★ Children aged 1-4 years: Free of charge when sitting with parents. Parents are responsible for any direct entrance fees for the child, if applicable.

★ Children aged 5-8 years: Charged at 75% of the adult price.

★ Children aged 9 years and older: Charged at 100% (adult price).

What to Bring

We recommend bringing an umbrella, sunglasses, and local currency (Vietnam Dong, USD, EUR, AUD) for personal expenses or optional activities. During the winter months (November to February), please pack warm clothes for your comfort.

Cancellation Policy in Case of Force Majeure

Halong Sonata Cruise is committed to providing a simple and efficient refund policy in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as:

Adverse weather conditions.

Orders from local authorities.

Emergency situations or natural disasters.

Please note the following cancellation charges by Halong Sonata Cruise:

✘ Cancellation before arriving at Tuan Chau Harbour: Free of charge.

✘ Cancellation at Tuan Chau Harbour (with or without lunch served): 50% of the trip cost will be charged.

✘ Cancellation after boarding the Halong Sonata Cruise: 100% of the trip cost will be charged.
