There is nothing much special about the tallest skyscraper of Southeast Asia, isn’t it?

The Landmark 81 is a skyscraper in the Vinhomes Central Park project complex, which has a total investment of VND 40,000 billion under Vingroup. The tower is 81 levels high, currently the tallest building in Vietnam and 14th in the world starting from March 2018. The project is built in Tan Cang, Binh Thanh District, along the Saigon River and was started on July 26, 2014. Surrounded by the huge complex of Vinhomes Landmark Apartments, this skyscraper is super easy to be recognized from most of the corners in the city and even from other provinces.

The tower’s height is 461,3m and share multiple purposes such as shopping mall, cinema, gym, residence’s club, bar, sky villas, 5-stars apartments, 5-stars hotels, observatory and so on. When it was completed, the building earned the title “The Tallest Building of Southeast Asia” and became the place with very high potential of living investment in Ho Chi Minh City.

Various ways to get to Landmark 81

First of all, can’t neglect to talk about the most convenient transportation of Saigon, the ones which possess the infamous title “Source Of All Chaos”, the flexible motorbikes. It’s everywhere, so easy to use, and above all, using a motorbike helps you to avoid most of the bad situations on the road, the traffic jams. If you don’t have any, then just simply call a GRAB motor driver come to pick you up. Fast, cheap and effective, that’s what the motorbike stands for.

And what if you want to try something which is so much friendlier to the environment? Try our green buses. Its station and stops are located everywhere around the city, each of them is just ~500m apart from the others. There are buses with number: 06, 30, 32, 47, 56, 86, 69, 104, 124 and 150. Finally, there is a very new way of traveling from and to the city center to the further points of the eastern city, is to use the city river itself, board on the whole new waterbus. Its main harbor is located in district 1, 10B Ton Duc Thang avenue, and then jump off at the first drop-point. You are now very close to the tower, press on with taxi or walk to the Landmark 81 while enjoying the best of the uptown area with much better scenery and lighter traffic.
