Payment Policy

This Payment Policy describes the payment methods accepted by Saigon Adventure and how bookings are secured.

1. Payment Options

When booking a tour with Saigon Adventure, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Deposit (50%): pay a 50% deposit online at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is paid in cash to your guide on the day of the tour.
  • Book Now, Pay Later: if you prefer not to pay a deposit, you may reserve your tour online and pay the full amount in cash directly to your guide or driver on the day of the tour.
  • Full Payment Online: if you prefer, you may pay 100% of the tour price online at the time of booking.

2. Accepted Online Payment Method

Online payments are made securely at checkout via OnePay, the payment gateway of Vietcombank, which accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB).

3. Currency

Prices are listed in USD. Online payments processed through OnePay are converted to VND at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

4. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once payment (full payment or, where selected, the 50% deposit) has been successfully made and you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

5. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through OnePay, a licensed payment gateway that complies with PCI-DSS security standards. Saigon Adventure does not collect or store your card details at any point during the transaction.

6. Receipts and Invoices

A payment confirmation is sent by email after each successful transaction. If you require a formal invoice or receipt, please contact us with your booking reference.

7. Payment Issues

If your online payment fails, is declined, or you are charged in error, please contact us immediately so we can assist:
