This Pricing Policy explains how tour prices are set and displayed on saigonadventure.com.

1. Currency

All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay through our online payment gateway, the equivalent amount in Vietnamese Dong (VND) is calculated automatically using OnePay’s exchange rate at the time of payment.

2. What’s Included

Unless stated otherwise on a specific tour page, our tour prices generally include:

• Transportation as described in the itinerary (motorbike, car, van, or boat)
• English-speaking tour guide
• Meals, snacks, or drinks specified in the tour itinerary
• Entrance fees to the sites listed in the itinerary

3. What’s Excluded

• Personal travel insurance
• Personal expenses and shopping
• Gratuities/tips for guides and drivers (optional, at your discretion)
• Visa fees
• Any activity or item not explicitly listed in the tour itinerary

4. Group and Private Tour Pricing

Prices shown for join-in (shared) tours are per person. Private tours, custom itineraries, and group bookings may have different rates. Please contact us for a custom quote.

5. Price Changes

Prices for a tour that has already been confirmed and paid for will not change. Listed prices for future or unbooked tours may be adjusted at any time to reflect seasonal demand, promotions, or changes in operating costs, without prior notice.
