ABOUT THIS TOUR

Departure: Daily - Small Group tour ( 10 - 12 pax )

Pick up & drop off: at the hotel that is located in District 1

Pick – up at hotel: 7:30 ~ 8:00AM

Drop off time: about  18h00 ~ 19h00 ( depends on traffic )

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Pick up at your hotel and drive to Cu Chi ( 60km – 1,5 hours).

Upon arrival, watch a documentary film.

Learn more about the handmade weapon and traps.

Discover an underground city.

Taste streamed tapioca and hot tea.

Enjoy boating & freely walking trip at Mekong Delta.

Explore The Mekong River small canals by rowing sampan.

Visit a beautiful island and enjoy tropical fruits.

Discover how to make coconut candy and try some.

Taste local fresh fruits as well as honeybee tea.

ITINERARY

Pick up at your hotel and drive to Cu Chi (60km – 1,5 hours)
Upon arrival, watch a documentary film.
Discover special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs.
Discover an underground town.
Discover many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels and learning more about the handmade weapon and traps.
Visit rice paper workshop ( if available ).
Taste special tea and tapioca (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served
After Cu Chi Tunnel, we go ahead to My Tho and have lunch on the way at local restaurant.
Arrival My Tho, the boat trip takes you to visit some small Island with many landscapes. Here we can enjoy some of tropical fruits while listening to traditional South Vietnamese folk songs performed by local artists. Then we will visit small Bee Farm, where we can play with the pythons and trying some honey tea, and taste local confectionery.
Finally, we will have a short rowing boat ride to small canal, enjoy the fresh air under the cool green water palm.
Drive back HCMC late afternoon. End of service.
